This study aims to (1) determine the content of fitohormone in soybean radicula extract and red shoots. (2) Knowing fitohormone interactions, and getting a combination of effective treatments for the growth of red dragon fruit cuttings. (3) Knowing the effect of phytohormone treatment from both extracts in response to the growth of red dragon fruit cuttings. The research was conducted in Screenhouse,field of Graha Dewata Dau-Malang Housing , and in the Chemistry and Agronomy Laboratory of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, using Randomized Block Design (RBD) Factorial 9 treatments (single treatment and combination of soybean radicular extract and red shoots in 100% formulation and 50%) with 3 groups. The study began by extracting soybean and red shoot radicules as a treatment, then tested fitohormone through GCMS. Test of effectiveness of each fitohormone used the formulation according to treatment. The treatment was applied to red dragon fruit cuttings by soaking for 24 hours. Planting is carried out according to the research plan. Maintenance includes watering, weed control, and pest. Observation variables were the content of phytohormone in extracts, day when buds appeared, number of shoots, shoot length, root length, number of roots, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root fresh weight, and root dry weight. The data were analyzed using the F test = 5%, with the DMRT Advanced Test at 5%. The results of the study, in 50 grams of each extract there are several contents of fitohormone which can stimulate the growth of red dragon fruit cuttings. The use of both fitohormones shows a betulan interaction. The most effective combination of treatments on immersion with a mixture of 100% soybean radicular extract and 50% red shoots (K1P2). The administration of fitohormones significantly affected the parameters of the day when buds appeared, number of shoots, length of shoots, dry weight of shoots, and number of roots.
